We were out of state clients of Maria’s. We’ve bought and sold multiple properties over the years with agents. Customer service rating is a 10. We made multiple trips and multiple offers during our 10 month search. Maria was always available, focused and efficient during the process. I can’t stress enough how professional and accommodating she was for us. We had houses we contracted for but couldn’t get through inspection, then houses that limped through inspection and houses that weren’t perfect and she never expressed anything but optimism. We settled on a house that was in the neighborhood we were looking for and she made it happen. This market is ridiculous. She knows that and can help you make a deal that’s not unreasonable and should ultimately make you happy as a client. We’ll sell with her in the future and recommend her to buyers and sellers as well.
