She is a great negotiator for the customer.

My husband and I had the good fortune of being to be referred to Leeann by my brother. She was amazing to work with from day one. We reached out to her, and she responded promptly, set up our viewing portal, and never failed to answer our questions, whether weekday or weekend. She is incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate market. Her knowledge personality, work ethic, and tenacity really carried us through the entire process. We loved her ability to explain things clearly and how she handled any problem that arose.  She really worked hard for our best interest and was able to negotiate a fantastic price on our home. We would definitely recommend Leeann to anyone because she is TOP-NOTCH superb, and there is no reason to look any further.
