I had just gotten a new job further North and had to move within a few weeks. If that's not stressful enough the idea of having to put up my condo for sale was even more stressful. When I met Carmen and she came with her presentation showing me the comps around my area, and then she gave me ideas of what I should do to help my condo compete with the others. Once I signed with her I felt a sense of relief she was very professional and dedicated. She kept me updated with everything. She went above and beyond.
