My house is sold! & Even though I'd never been a part of a house sale before it was seamless and easy because of Robyn and her team's expertise and helpfulness. I was going through a lot of life changes and was so stressed and scattered. Robyn was patient and kind, using her knowledge and resources to help me sell my house as-is! (Other than replacing the roof- which she took care of getting quotes for me and getting me the best price!) I am so grateful for the work she did getting my house prepared for sale, setting up showings, then negotiating the best deal for me, and being there every step of the way to answer all of my questions and even let my dog out a few times when I wasn't able to be home for appointments! Growing up in a family business that’s currently 117 years old with 57 years under my belt I know when people are capable and concerned about your needs, and the cost ofor when they’re just trying to sell you something. Working with Marlin has been the first. He was never trying to sell me something. He was trying to find me what fit my needs. Quite often he felt things were overpriced and advised me as such. He completely went over and above the call of duty way above what a normal Realtor would do in many cases. Too many to mention. More like a friend or an old friend than a realtor. Truly I did not even get a home inspection with this house since it was really in good shape for older home and with my knowledge and with Marlin’s knowledge, I decided not to get a home inspection.
