I had a great experience having Alex on my team as I attempted to navigate a market/region that is highly in demand. I managed my own expectations believing that the process was going to take time however Alex could read my mind and knew exactly what property I desired and what I was looking for. With that she put great options in front of me and the seeking/buying period was unbelievably quick! Couple that with entering a buying situation with a financing contingency (existing home sale) it was difficult.
