The entire time she fielded our round-the-clock questions, and was highly communicative. She leveraged her experience and contacts in the Tampa Bay area to make showings, inspections, and closings happen. Re's robust connections in the Tampa Bay area made it so much easier to procure inspections, mortgages offers, cleaners, and even repairmen for our first ever home! Re is unique among real estate agents as she has built and sold homes in the past. Most notably, despite the fact that her compensation was purely commission based as a buyer's agent, she talked my wife and I out of numerous bad houses over an eight months period. She was critical in spotting which homes were attractive money pits and which homes had real potential to be our first home. In other words, Re always put her clients' interests first! She even let my wife and I borrow her carpet cleaner before we moved so our first night living in our new home was a clean one! Just closed on a second property with Troy and am profoundly sure we found the right realtor. He’s always prepared for our showings with all available documentation so we’re as informed as possible. He’s no nonsense about highlighting where we may run into repairs and helped us multiple times from making huge mistakes on homes we were strongly considering. Again his breadth of knowledge covered our vast needs between a modest purchase to a multi million dollar purchase, always pointing out upcoming repairs and upgrades we should consider. My partner and I both have multiple times said to one another thank god Troy said this or that or found X,Y, and Z. He’s listened to our wants and needs and has made sure we are getting what we want and will be happy with our decisions saving us tons of money in the process.
