I would have to say that going with this agency what's the smartest decision I could have made . I had previously spoken with remax and several other local agents in my area and the advice I was given by them I'm sure was sound if I had wanted to invest money, wait and find the right buyer, which could have perhaps taken months but God forbid years. instead I chose Carl it's a different kind of agency they can market your property in a much broader area, he is an amazing person ,as an agent I could not have asked for anyone more professional, more considerate of my needs more willing to give his time without my even asking to get me an amazing deal ,almost 10,000 off on the property that I bought with the money that I got from the property he's sold for me at 2000 above what I was asking !!!!! I would rate this agency 6 stars ,heck let's give them 10 Stars. Thank You Team Gresen

We recently contacted Ann Marie when we were starting to look for a new home. She showed us homes we wanted to see and others she thought we would like. She found the perfect home for us. Everything on our wish list and more! Ann Marie worked to get our house sold quickly to enable us to buy our dream home. The whole process seemed overwhelming at first, but with Ann Marie’s guidance we felt comfortable and very satisfied with all decisions we made. We are so impressed with her dedication and work ethic. We started this process as her clients but now consider Ann Marie as our friend. If we ever move again, Ann Marie will be the first person we call. We recommend Ann Marie to anyone looking for a realtor. She is the best!
