After a phone conversation in which she helped me define what I was looking for, Cindy took me and my 94-year-old mother to a variety of properties several times, further honing what was important to me. At every location, she turned my attention from “the view” and pointed out any work that needed to be done, specific improvements that had been made (eg, removal of popcorn ceilings, upgraded appliances, quality of furnishings included), and gave her opinion about the listed price. At some sites, she recalled the previous sales history and the changes made in the interim. Between in-person trips, Cindy constantly was available telephonically to answer questions and concerns.
