Professional, courteous, and thorough

Irene Sandiego is by far the most outstanding Real Estate Agent we have ever worked with. She was very aggressive in advertising and selling our house within six days of listing. Her research and marketing skills were spot-on allowing us to quickly move our home and focus on finding a new one. She was extremely responsive in helping us through every aspect of selling, buying, closing and moving in/out. He knowledge of the area shortened our search for our dream home to just four homes, which we accredit to her ability to listen to the many parameters we needed in a home. Irene was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt with every request. We are so lucky to have found the best Real Estate Agent in the Tampa Area!

Working with her is the better way to get your house, the hard process to get a house turns into smoothly. She is an excellent professional, we are so much thanked for his job. Thanks God and her we got our house in a time around 45 days.

Thomas and Stephen are amazing. I keep forgetting to do this, so please forgive the fact that this review is 8 months late. I first met Thomas when contacting him about a condo development he immediately told me not to waste my time with. He was right and saved us weeks of agony. Thomas helped us to sell my husbands old house, which was a little tricky because it was an older home and we were selling it as is. He did any amazing job especially considering the first offer fell through. He also assisted us with purchase of a new home which he did outstanding on. The home purchase was also tricky because we ended up pulling an offer we made and had to fight to get the deposit back, which he did. I give Thomas and Stephen a 1,00 stars and and am happy to say they have also become friends.
