This is the 2nd time I have worked with Rob and he has been phenomenal both times. He listens to what YOU want and doesn't waste your time. He does his research, explains the market to you and doesn't over promise. Rob also makes you his number one priority when working with him.

Working with Jan was a great experience from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and always honest in her advice, which we really appreciated throughout the process. As we were buying from out of state, having someone we could trust made all the difference. Jan was patient, never pushy, and helped us find a home that truly fits what we were looking for. We always felt she had our best interests at heart, and she made the entire process much easier than we expected. We would happily recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in the Sarasota area.

Melissa helped us sell a vacation home from afar. We live in another state, so she provided all the local knowledge and contacts. She attracted several buyers and helped us get across the finish line. She's a good communicator and helped manage things with the Title Company on my behalf as well. Things went smoothly thanks to her guidance!

Matt made buying an out of state home easy! We flew in for a week to look at homes in Parrish/ Bradenton area armed with a list of 30 homes we compiled from online listings. We spent our first day by ourselves knocking off a few that didn’t fit what we wanted then Matt spent the next 5 days showing us every property on our list plus some he thought matched our needs. I wanted a realtor who lived in the area and knew surrounding areas, Matt was great and weeks later he still replies to texts about questions we have about what internet they use and even went to the inspection since we couldn’t be there. So many great things to say about Matt, he’s amazing!!

Tami's touches to the staging made the home look more beautiful and inviting than it already was, in addition to helping us with a few items needing attention before listing.
