One of the things that made this Experience so special was that it never felt forced , we know we were in great hands . We had been thinking about buying a home for a while and originally planned to start the process slowly, with the goal of closing at the end of the year. Branda showed us several communities , including Waterset , and explained perfectly the differences in homes , incentives and monthly fees. She introduced us to a Taylor Morrison community in Apollo Beach . It offered the gas appliances we wanted , lower community fees, so it ended up being the perfect fit for us . Once we found the right home , everything moved much faster than we expected. Brenda stayed on top of every detail, answered our questions and made the entire process less stressful. If you're looking for a Realtor in the Apollo Beach , Riverview or the Tampa area especially if you're considering new construction we highly recommend Brenda McGlothin. She genuinely cares about her clients and works hard to find the right home.

I advised Brenda I wanted to be out asap so I could be with my husband out of state. I had heard about investors and she made sure I was comfortable with the sale. Stayed in contact all the time. She was the best

She took the lead after 6 offers came in a week and she helped me narrow it down to the best 3 and then finally picking on my own the buyer after reading the love letters.
