One of the things that made this Experience so special was that it never felt forced , we know we were in great hands . We had been thinking about buying a home for a while and originally planned to start the process slowly, with the goal of closing at the end of the year. Branda showed us several communities , including Waterset , and explained perfectly the differences in homes , incentives and monthly fees. She introduced us to a Taylor Morrison community in Apollo Beach . It offered the gas appliances we wanted , lower community fees, so it ended up being the perfect fit for us . Once we found the right home , everything moved much faster than we expected. Brenda stayed on top of every detail, answered our questions and made the entire process less stressful.
