Besides being professional, she is very personable and obviously cares about her clients wanting to make their experience as positive as possible. Her attention to detail, communication skills and knowledge made a difficult transaction much easier. Loida was always available to answer any questions I had and to follow-up with the lender or other realtor when necessary. She is excellent at what she does and I would happily use her services again.
