Katie made herself available for us to see properties on Sundays which is my husband’s only day off. She was extremely knowledgeable about the homes we looked at and several builders. I’m an over thinker and stressed myself out several times throughout the process and each time Katie was patient and talked me through everything top to bottom as many times as I needed. I absolutely recommend Katie and this team to anyone looking to purchase.

He was able to match is up with the prefect house for us and my kids. There were some properties that looked nice that I thought would be be great, but when we got to the area he knew off the back the area was not a good fit for me and my family.
