I interviewed Michael in October 2025 and decided to use him to list and sell my house. After spending several hours giving me tips and better ways to show my house we listed in November 2025. The first week we had several offers. I was out of the country for a month and michael handled everything for me and I mean EVERYTHING, From advertising with fantastic day and night pictures to walking each prospective buyer through the property explaining the house property and neighborhood. we accepted a full price offer and moved forward. While we were out of town michael stood by for fhe inspection ordered and monitored repairs scheduled a closing giving us time to get back and move our furniture. There is not enough praise i can give michael. I have been involved in over a dozen buying and selling real estate transactions. None have went as smooth as this one. Let me first say that our home buying process wes long. Not because of Johanna but because we changed what we wanted a number of times. We did not know if we should buy a family home or a townhome. We went back and forth on our location a number of times. Weather it would be one story or two. What would be the square the foot One car garage or two. Johanna had to go through a lot dealing with us, but through it all she at no time became frustrated and was always very helpful giving excellent suggestions. Our home was being built from the ground up in the midst Pandemic, supply chain issues,like lack of wood, window screens and paint and shortage of skilled laborers. Johnna took us to see as many homes as we wanted. and stayed with us through the one year process. She would call in to see how we are doing which made us feel that we were not alone. Even now, as we are still setting into our now home, she is continuing to be very helpful. All in allI would highly recommend her to anyone who's looking for property

After 40 days on the market and no offers, her suggestions to lower the price and paint the interior a neutral color created immediate results. The interested buyers had concerns about the aging roof and an unresolved solar panel issue. Carol invested both issues and solved the problems. She suspected a problem with our irrigation system and contacted our irrigation guy to check it out. Just a few days before the scheduled closing, and open permit related to the solar panels was discovered, and Carol worked magic and got it closed.
