Mike is a skilled realtor, expertly reading both buyers and sellers, and coaching his clients through many iterations of decision making, if needed. He will offer his insights and opinions if requested, but will never try to force the client into “doing it his way.” Mike puts you in the driver seat, but has a knack for knowing precisely how much assistance is desired from each client. Our recent closing worked out well, and we were under contract in a reasonable amount of time - which seems to be a difficult trick, lately, for many of our neighbors in this buyer’s market. We were glad to have Mike on our team.
