When we locked down an area, he was willing to knock on doors to see if he could find any interested sellers. The two houses we put an offer on, he was the first agent through the door...and with the house we bought, he got it locked down before anyone else could see it. He is responsive, patient and willing to do whatever it takes. When our movers showed up early, he met them at the house and made sure all the furniture was unloaded properly before we arrived...above and beyond in terms of making sure his clients are happy.
