We chose Roseann not just from a referral but also because of her connections. We didn’t realize just how important her connections would be, given that we were selling a house in Florida while living in New York. Roseann acted as a general contractor to hire a her contacts with a roofer, a handyman, a painter, an HVAC contractor, a pool repairman, an electrician, a golf cart salesperson, and a team of gardeners in order to get the house in a like new condition and find a buyer and take care of anything noted from the buyers inspection - all of her connections charged half of what I expected. I honestly do not think any other realtor would have acted as a general contractor to this extent in order to make the sale happen !!!!!

I had an outstanding experience working with Denise during the purchase of my condo. While most agents would have simply waited for updates, Denise took initiative, stayed on top of every detail, and pushed the process forward when it mattered most.
