My house is sold! & Even though I'd never been a part of a house sale before it was seamless and easy because of Robyn and her team's expertise and helpfulness. I was going through a lot of life changes and was so stressed and scattered. Robyn was patient and kind, using her knowledge and resources to help me sell my house as-is! (Other than replacing the roof- which she took care of getting quotes for me and getting me the best price!) I am so grateful for the work she did getting my house prepared for sale, setting up showings, then negotiating the best deal for me, and being there every step of the way to answer all of my questions and even let my dog out a few times when I wasn't able to be home for appointments! Mi experiencia fue la mejor siendo mi primera ves haciendo este tipo de comprar, jhonatan es un excelente guía, explica muy bien lo este cual y más, si es necesario explica mil veces lo mismo para que quedes 100% claro y sin dudas, y mejor aún el no se desliga del comprador luego de finalizar la comprar el sigue respondiendo preguntas y aclarando todo tipo de dudas después de finalizar la comprar. En mi opinión fue una bendición haber encontrado tan excelente persona y con el corazón de querer ayudar.
