I began the process of interviewing realtors for the recent sale of my home. There were four high-profile real estate agents on my list. Amani Warden from RE/MAX Action First was my second interview. I knew immediately she was the perfect realtor to assist me with my home sale. I was well prepared with a comprehensive list of questions, and her answers and knowledge of the ever-changing real estate market surpassed my expectations. I enlisted her services immediately, cancelled my last two appointments, and felt comfortable and confident I had made the right choice. Through the entire process she never let me down, not once. Amani was personable, responsive, calming, and reassuring as she guided me through the sales process with innate tact and poise, answering my multitude of questions in a thoughtful and detailed manner. From beginning to end Amani exhibited a high level of professionalism, understanding, and knowledge throughout the sales, listing, appraisal, inspection, and closing processes. Amani, in essence, was a joy to work with. I can’t thank her enough for making a very emotional, overwhelming and stressful time much more achievable and manageable. Amani is there for you 100%. Bottom line: Amani sold my home for the asking price in less than a week. I can’t endorse her qualifications and knowledge highly enough – she is a superior real estate agent in every way.

Sherri Freeze was one of the most hard-working, patient and professional real estate agents out there. Sherri was our "rock" during some very challenging situations and negotiations. Sherri completely delivered for us - we had extremely aggressive timelines and she "made the impossible happen." Would absolutely recommend her.

Always kept in touch to see if I needed any assistance . Answered all my questions so I could make informed decisions in regards to quick cash sale or market for sale. No delays in the process. Got me paperwork quickly when I needed things. Even call the city when there were permit issues. My home sold for cash the day it went on the market for a little more than the asking price! Not heard of in these times. Offered to help with packing if I needed it😊 More than a realtor she had a caring investment in me and the process. Ours was a win/win situation form the start to the finish. I would highly recommend her to friends and family. .
