He takes the time to get to know you and exactly what you’re looking for in a home to assist you better in the whole process. He is very hands on and will answer any questions you have along the way. Over the purchase of our last 2 homes with Larry he probably toured over 30-40 houses with us and weighed out pros and cons of each with us when we were unsure if it could be “the one.” He was our realtor during our first ever purchase of a home and we had such a great experience we went with him when we were ready to buy again. He is extremely patient and has a calming presence in a process that can often be very hectic and stressful. He knows a lot of people in the business and has great connections with other realtors, inspectors and lenders. You really feel like you can trust Larry and “his people” to take care of you. He is great with other realtors too and will do whatever he can to get you the home of your dreams even in a sellers’ market. I truly believe without Larry as our realtor we would not have gotten the 2 homes we’ve purchased with him. In a day and age when everyone has a “friend” who is a realtor we went with someone we knew we could trust and would be with us through the whole process and Larry truly was. We couldn’t have been happier with the outcome of our purchases with Larry as our realtor. Buying a new home is one of the biggest expenses and decisions people make in their lifetime. But with Larry’s knowledge and assistance along the way it doesn’t seem as stressful. You remember the “fun” and “exciting” parts of buying a new home.

Charles helped make the home-buying experience virtually stress-free. He is helpful and thorough and made sure to bring up any details that could potentially be an issue, for instance when I put in my deposit for the home, he let me know that I had 30 days to get my deposit back but that after those 30 days, the lender could potentially keep it even if the deal fell through. That’s something I didn’t know and was grateful to find out before making the decision. I will happily refer Charles to my friends and family, and if I decide to sell my home and get a new home in the future, I will absolutely work with him again!
