We were out of state for some time, so he brought us the best lawn care and pool maintenance people he could find (at a reasonable price). If he was unhappy with the work of the painters, or when the handyman made a mistake, he made sure they redid the work to our his and our satisfaction . When a buyer came, he made sure that we got the best deal possible (despite difficult market circumstances for sellers), and guided us through the entire process (from inspection to post-inspection and through the signing process).
