I am a retired 64-year-old man that’s spent over 40 years in the sales industry, including a short stint at home selling. As an agent, you have to have knowledge and great patience with your clients and the ability to advise your client to the best situation possible for them, regardless of your own situation. Keren DOES that and obviously did with me for a span of about eight weeks until we sold the home. Charles helped make the home-buying experience virtually stress-free. He is helpful and thorough and made sure to bring up any details that could potentially be an issue, for instance when I put in my deposit for the home, he let me know that I had 30 days to get my deposit back but that after those 30 days, the lender could potentially keep it even if the deal fell through. That’s something I didn’t know and was grateful to find out before making the decision. I will happily refer Charles to my friends and family, and if I decide to sell my home and get a new home in the future, I will absolutely work with him again!
