As a realtor and a loans officer, Mr Jefferson was just the person we needed. From the outset, he demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, knowledgeability and experience in the business of real estate. He was very accessible and always willing to help. He is an ernest professional, excellent people person, very courteous, jovial, patient and gave us excellent educational advice that goes beyond the real estate transaction . He often took the time to explain each step and gently guided us into making the decisions that were best for us. He is also an excellent communicator, who was prompt with follow ups and went beyond his regular duty to provide answers to our questions. I don't know how he did it, but we felt like he treated us as though we were the only clients he had. At the end of a tough and unique process, we inked a great and favorable deal at such a discouraging time in the real estate industry. Thank you Mr Jefferson for making it happen for us.

Yuan is absolutely wonderful at what she does! She was able to get my house on the market and sold within ONE WEEK! She got me 5 offers within that week and negotiated effectively with other agents. We ended up selling the house for almost 100k more than what it was bought for. I am super happy to have gotten Yuan as my realtor. She's professional, very responsive, and will work with you with patience. I'm recommending her to all friends and family looking to buy/sell in the central Florida area, because I know that they will be in good hands.

I would Recommend Patti To Friends and Associates. I Have Mentioned her to a few friends since I have moved into my new home. Patti Very Seriously engaged the Mortgage Broker when she was making some mistakes and causing friction between the lender, appraisal management company and the success of the mortgage and appraisal getting done in the time frame needed. She met me on Many occasions at the property, unlocked the storage shed so that I could Mow the lawn and maintain the property as agreed in the sales contract, until the closing date, which got extended about four times. Patti's Great Personality was Very Valuable in working with the seller. We obtained favor with the seller, which allowed us to extend the closing date multiple times, adjust conditions for sale and the seller had patience to wait until the mortgage was Finally approved and the Final Closing Date set and the Property Closed. Patti's knowledge of the Zephyrhills area is Extensive and Valuable! She knows the Current Real Estate Environment, Mortgage Dynamics, Closing concerns and Current trends. She is very quick and responsive to respond to emails, phone calls or internet requests. Patti, BY FAR, is he Best Real Estate Agent I have had the Privaledge to work with. And I have probably delt with at least 15 of them!!
