Joanne is an excellent realtor. There was a new residential complex in Inverness , that Joanne was able to find and give us the details on the purchase of a new home.. No OTHER realtor in Inverness would take the time to look and find the new complex listing information. Joanne took the time to know what we wanted and what we were looking for. Stayed within our bracket. She found us a home that we were extremely happy with. Joann's communication with us was very prno ofessional. Returned our calls even, on her days off. She went over and Beyond to take care of us as her client. Joanne would be the only Realtor I prefer to any of my family and friends should they ever need a home in the Citrus County area. I give Joanne 5 ⭐.

We met Pamela by chance when my husband selected a house to see from a Zillow listing. She shared with us other listings we may be interested in and we explained we weren’t in a hurry. It could be a year before we found what we liked. Well - 2 weeks later we own a new home and it’s all because of Pamela. She called around on properties that were pending or something we might be interested in. She contacted and set up meetings for us with a GC to discuss remodels. One of the listings that she sent us had a lot of what we were looking for but it was over our budget. She brought it back to us when she learned from her calling around that the seller was very motivated and willing to take offers. We were able to get the house for 80% of the asking price. I think what makes Pamela so good to work with is that she is not pushy but also doesn’t hesitate to call or reach out to anyone that can provide information on a listing or property. Even if that’s a contractor or decorator that would be helping working with us after the sale. I would definitely recommend Pamela and will call her the next time I know someone looking for a property.

During the process of looking for our home, Tom took the time to FaceTime us on various occasions while we were away in NY to show us different listings in the community we were interested in, and was the liaison between us and the builder’s sales team. He went out of his way to make sure he showed us exactly what we were looking for in terms of the elevation and layout of the home. Upon finding a home we loved, he helped refer a home inspector which was super meticulous and detail oriented. Tom also helped make sure some of the pending items or issues brought up by the inspector were rectified by the builder before the closing date. He met with the project manager and sales personnel to review any last minute requests and also did FaceTime during this time to help facilitate the process. Tom and Shirley also shared the same experience so they’re aware of the logistical and emotional complexities involved with such a big move. They were super welcoming and very friendly which helped make the process of looking for a home and moving to another state that much easier and pleasant. They were a delight to work with and we’d refer them 100 times over!
