Chad & April were a rock through our home purchase. They got us through many showings, terrible inspections and finally into our dream home. All this with patience and a smile.

Both Chad and April assisted us through the journey of finding our first home together. We had a long search that led us to two failed contracts (structural issues). We looked at well over 30 homes and each time we had their guidance and opinion. We could not have done this without them. They guided us every step of the way and was always available to answer questions.

Chad and April did an outstanding job helping us sell our home. Throughout the entire process, they communicated clearly, kept us informed, and helped us focus on the improvements that would make the biggest difference in preparing the house for sale. Their knowledge of the local market was invaluable, and they guided us to price the home appropriately to attract buyers while maximizing our return. We followed their advice, and the results spoke for themselves. After owning the home for nine years, we were very pleased with the sale, and the house sold much faster than we expected. We highly recommend Chad and April to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
