Isaac has exceeded our expectations and I cannot write enough good things about him. He helped us with the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. He was honest, communicative and he worked 24/7. He listened to what we were looking for in our new home and showed us all the possibilities. He encouraged us to always ask our questions no matter how big, small or silly they felt to us. He found us a loan company who gave us a great rate. Everyone who Issac works with is truly top notch. He made the entire process stress free and we look forward to working with him in the future to build our investment property portfolio.

We are a couple in our 60’s and 70’s. The winters in both places we were living became intolerable! Between Denver, London and Indiana we were done with snow and grey skies. We ventured to this area and were introduced to Niel Allen, who provided the most top notch service and communication. It took well over a year of hunting around the St Pete area until we found an absolute gem of a house. It will be our main residence and we had a lot of specifics/wishes for our dream home. Between the two of us we’ve bought and sold over 10 homes collectively. Nothing came close to working with Niel!

I moved down to St. Petersburg from the DC area in January 2026. Josh came highly recommended from several friends who had used him as their agent when they moved to the area. He helped me with my first ever home purchase and I’m so glad I had him in my corner. Buying a home is stressful enough, but doing it from 1000 miles away is another story. Josh helped me every step of the way, even going above and beyond to tour properties, send me videos, and share his advice. He guided me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. As long as Josh is in real estate, I won’t use anyone else.
