This is my husbands favorite house. As my husband, he was the most diligent buyer, Fonda negotiated this purchase 3 times! Finally, the sellers were unable to move out, so they rented the house back from us. This was one interesting purchase. The inspection yielded several issues which resulted in the first 2 buyers to pass on the property. Only after the first 2 buyers gave up, were we able to negotiate the right deal on this property.

Ana was always available to hop on a call, ask the important questions that we didn't know to ask, and also educated us throughout the whole buying a house process. Would reccomend working with Ana as she went above and beyond to help us find our home!
