The Tricoli Team (Keller-Williams) helped me sell my mom's condo in Boynton Beach. I'm out of state, so it was important to have close feedback and clear communication. Arnold truly went above and beyond in helping us sell our mom’s condo. It started with a meeting where he listened and understood our needs and concerns. His communication throughout the process was amazing. We were kept apprised of everything happening including the extra work to list our unit, find more potential buyers, check in with the condo association, and partner with our lawyer (which we really didn’t need because Arnold did most of the work). Our condo needed some work and Arnold not only supervised that work but found us exceptional contractors and service providers to do the work. He is knowledgeable about every need involved with selling a home. I really cannot say enough good things about Arnold. His calm style and way of dealing with issues kept me calm which isn’t easy to do. Our timing to sell our condo was not perfect as the association is going through some modifications and growing pains. Recent clubhouse renovations caused high assessments and high maintenance fees. The fact that we couldn’t get our initial listing price was due to these issues. Arnold navigated through these issues like a pro. I will miss our conversations and his almost daily updates. He has become a friend. I highly recommend Arnold as a realtor.
