My house went under contract pretty quickly in a challenging market. The broker assigned to help us purchase our next home has been very patient with our slow pace of looking/deciding. A very experienced realtor with upto date knowledge of his areas. I've worked with Brian 3 times and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brian to friends and work colleagues. I first talked with Brian on the phone before moving from California, I purchased a property sight unseen taking Brian's advice, Brian thought I was going to fly in but told Brian I wanted him to find me a property in West Palm Beach, not only did Brian find me everything that I wanted it was a property that needed nothing and just 3 miles from my job. So upon my arrival I was very happy.
