As first-time homebuyers in Florida, we were honestly overwhelmed by the whole process. The market is intense, and between condo restrictions and fast-moving listings, it felt like a lot to handle. But working with Stacy Koury made all the difference. Stacy was an absolute tiger—fierce, determined, and totally on top of everything. She was always available to us, no matter the time. We could reach her in the evenings, on weekends, or even late at night, and she always responded quickly with helpful advice and reassurance. She was recommended to us by our loan officer, Dan from Fairway Funding Group, and the two of them worked so well together. Having that kind of support team behind us really helped things go more smoothly. Even with all the challenges of buying in this market, Stacy helped us find our townhouse and kept us moving forward. Thanks to her, we were clear to close in about three months and officially closed on April 28, 2025. Stacy is a true gem. We are so grateful for her guidance and hard work and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a buyer’s agent who is dedicated, responsive, and truly has your back.

We listed the house during a weird time in the market and Tori made it happen. We ending up with an offer that made both us and the buyer happy and now we are in our dream home in the mountains! Thank you Tori for everything!
