Me and my wife came to Jason needing to be in a house in 2 months. We sat down with him and his daughter and looked at listings that met our needs. That same week we saw 5 houses that had potential and narrowed it down to 2 houses very quickly. Jason gave his honest opinion on both options and helped us reach a verdict on what we wanted. When we went into contingent on our house Jason was on top of things when it came to having us sign all of the documents and keep us up to date on a daily basis with what was going on with the house. Jason also told us what everything meant that we were signing (because we were first time home buyers we were not sure what anything meant).
