No͏ nonsense, straight forward and friendly! Tori͏ was an accidental discovery for me when I called her directly to see a property she had listed. I met several other realtors in the area this way, but once I met Tori, I knew she was the right realtor for me. Buying a place is confusing and exhausting, and Tori took time to listen to my concerns, then was able to educate me when necessary, or find an answer to something she didn't know, and even had the ability to calmly talk me "off the ledge" when my anxiety got elevated!! She had respect for my time, and I would say she expected the same in return (in a good way). She was no nonsense, and got the job done in a really professional, yet friendly way. If I ever need another realtor, she will be my first call.
