Tali was a terrific partner in assisting my wife and me find a house. We had recently moved from Massachusetts to Florida. We knew which town we wanted to live in, but didn't know the layout of the town. Tali asked us what our priority items are when looking at a house. She took this information and put together well-researched tours of multiple houses, each satisfying at least some of our priority items. Tali made adjustments as we provided feedback after each house. We lost out on a few offers, but Tali remained upbeat and helped us ultimately find our wonderful house. When it came time to make an offer, she was right there with us along the way. She had great contacts for home inspectors, insurance agents, landscapers etc. She kept us on schedule with our deliverables. After the house closed, she even provided a thoughtful gift for our family. I highly recommend Tali.

Linda Pilnick is an amazing and very professional agent. She found my forever home and helped me every step of the way with the new construction and selections. I couldn’t have asked for more, she truly went above and beyond. Anyone who thinks they don’t need a realtor to help with a new construction purchase is mistaken. She’s very knowledgeable and an expert in the real estate field. She started with doing many searches and showing me numerous properties and was very patient with me. It’s a very hard decision to make and I am so glad I had Linda helping me through this process, which can be very stressful. Linda kept everything going smoothly the entire way, which led to a successful closing. I highly recommend Linda and would give her even more stars!
