Maria is the consummate professional. She knows the market well and gets the word out about your home both digitally and through open houses. She communicates well and does an amazing job keeping her customers calm during the stressful times of selling your house. She reads contracts thoroughly and is able to catch hidden items that are put in by buyers agents. For example an agent put in to have seller cover closing costs for the buyer without it being mentioned in negotiations. Maria also has friends in the industry to help with almost anything that can come up in the sale of your home. From people to help with decluttering and help organize your move. As well as colleagues who can help with moving larger items or picking up items for donations and finally a cleaning crew to have the home look as good as new even if 3 dogs had lived there. Maria even helped finish the packing of the garage on the day of closing. I do not believe you can find a realtor who can offer more when you are looking to buy or sell a home.
