As a New York transplant, I have turned my love for buying and selling homes into a blossoming career. I currently live in Palm Beach Gardens, FL with my husband and our fur baby Josie. Linda Pilnick is an amazing and very professional agent. She found my forever home and helped me every step of the way with the new construction and selections. I couldn’t have asked for more, she truly went above and beyond. Anyone who thinks they don’t need a realtor to help with a new construction purchase is mistaken. She’s very knowledgeable and an expert in the real estate field. She started with doing many searches and showing me numerous properties and was very patient with me. It’s a very hard decision to make and I am so glad I had Linda helping me through this process, which can be very stressful. Goes above & beyond

Linda worked tirelessly with me to find the perfect place. I thought I found it. We looked at it then while seeing it discovered the community doesn’t allow pets (it wasn’t in the listing). As we were getting back into the car Linda said wait a minute, shhh. She heard a dog bark and searched out the source to find out the situation for pets. I moved into my new home 2 weeks ago and couldn’t be happier! Thanks to Linda, her eagle ears and her determination!
