Terressa is an AMAZING agent. After working with us for almost 2 years and through the pandemic we were finally able to find our home. She was patient, kind and listened to all our concerns. She also gave us recommendations for insurance companies and inspectors. She was available for any questions, concerns, and advice. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you again Terressa!

The biggest thing for me was how grounded and focused he kept me during the entire process. His gentle yet direct communication was so important along with his ability to listen and empathize when I vented was impeccable. The first day he said this is the asking price I will get you and that’s exactly what he did. He said will sell within a week and it sold the first day! Eduardo makes it all look simple with his demeanor and superior follow through and was there for me whenever needed. He is professional, humorous, good communicator, empathetic, straightforward, friendly, and most importantly trustworthy and has my complete respect and trust as my realtor!
