Phillip Hudson as a realtor guided me towards the sale of my residence in Fort Lauderdale. He assisted me professionally in getting the best possible deal and also since I was out of town seller he also assisting me with finding a lawyer who had the ability to read my contract to make sure everything was up to par and up to standards, I would thoroughly recommend Philip he went above and beyond the scope of what I think a normal realtor does.
