We made the decision to sell our townhouse as we have become older as our realtor Chris said to me 24 years ago steps were a good idea 24 years later not so much and he was right our townhouse was no longer working for us. Chris and Lisa helped find our new home and they made the process go smoothly with some occasional hand holding. In my view there is absolutely no reason to want to work with anyone else.
