I have used Tomi & Aaron in the past, and I wouldn't think of using another Team.  I was 250 miles from the area, and searching  for a specific Condo.  We found the condo I found to be perfect for my needs, and moved forward with the process.  Once we got to the Title search, and I was already closed on my present property, that is when the knowledge, and experience of Tomi and the Title company that he recommended, and I have used before made the difference. The property had an open permit from 2023.  This became more than stressful, but Tomi managed the situation perfectly.  He was great at explaining everything.  His knowledge of permits was impressive.  I also needed some help from Aaron in this matter, and as always they make the perfect team.  I'm extremely happy with the service I received and would highly recommend them both.

We made the decision to sell our townhouse as we have become older as our realtor Chris said to me 24 years ago steps were a good idea 24 years later not so much and he was right our townhouse was no longer working for us. I found I had this incredible team from Chris from banking, lawyers , closers, and Chris who set realistic expectations of what I could get for our house and he nailed it. Our house was on the market for 3 days and we receive a full price offer. Chris also did an incredible job of staging our home. It looked great. All through the process I would receive status updates on what was going on until the day we closed. Chris always checked in with me. He was great to work with. Chris and Lisa helped find our new home and they made the process go smoothly with some occasional hand holding. In my view there is absolutely no reason to want to work with anyone else. This is so much more than just a real estate company and I was made to feel as if I were their only client.
