When we first decided on where we wanted to own a home, and all the details that came with that such as amount of bedrooms, bathrooms, HOA fees, etc., Dante inputted all of our preferences into a private portal and sent us a direct link with all the listed properties within our criteria. If we told him we wanted to change a preference, he was very swift with updating the portal criteria for us. Dante was aware that we wanted to move as soon as possible, so there were many times when he would let us know of great priced properties before we got a chance to log on to the portal to see it (since my wife & I have demanding work schedules), and he would schedule those viewings as soon as he got our approval.
