How many agents do you know who are so thorough that they know your needs backwards and forwards before you even look at a property? We looked at a total of two properties and he was right on the Mark with both of them and I ended up buying this one. The follow-through was absolutely incredible. The whole closing was a breeze. This is the second time that I have worked with Andrew and both times have resulted in a sale on the same day. Cannot say enough good about him. And if I’m ever in the market for another property or wish to list of mine, he’s certainly the person I will be calling on.

We had been working with John to sell our house and we decided we wanted to buy a condo. Based on our pet restrictions, he gave us a couple communities that would work well for us. When we settled on Royal Park, we found a unit that seemed just right for us. Alas, we didn't get it, nor the next one. But being patient and jumping when we saw the 3rd one, worked out for the best. We got the best unit of all and are very happy. Thanks John for all your help.
