I have used Andy for 5 sales in Fort Lauderdale. The property that just closed was a difficult case put on the market just as rates started rise and with a difficult tenant in place making showings difficult. Andy refused to let me be concerned and also prevented me from undervaluing the property for a quick sale. He came up with several innovative plans that I saw showing up in competitor’s listings weeks later. But by then Andy had moved on to new solutions.
