Maryann knew all my needs, was there with me daily with information and detail. worked very hard on my behalf to make sure I got a house at the best price. was on top of all contracts and all signings that needed to get done and spoke with me afterwards. I would highly recommend her services to anyone interested in purchasing a new home in the state of Florida. She's very very knowledgeable and works very hard for clients

I highly recommend Stephanie Citron and the team at Parrot Realty. Stephanie was professional, accessible, attentive and understood what we were looking for. She made sure that we were able to have access to the home that we were focused on, recommended lenders and title companies, and made sure that the entire process was seamless from start to finish. I would absolutely work with Stephanie again.
