Tara really knows the real estate market , she was advertising all over including the north east. She really understands what’s going on by collecting data for analysis. It’s just not one person she has a team so there is always someone to answer any questions.

Erica is the best of the best. As a 70 yo I have purchaased and sold more than a dozen homes. From all the real estate agents that I have dealt with Erica is the finest, second to none. Without her hold my hand and dealing with some major problems, I wouldn't have sold my home. I needed a shoulder to cry on and it was hers! I sold my beautiful home and now have one nicer, all beach of Erica. FYI--in she has a beautiful family and somehow finds time to do vounteer work. She should be called saint Erica
