Ron worked with us on short notice to help us place an offer on our condo. He provided guidance and support during what eventually turned out to be a very difficult close (nothing to do with Ron), as we closed remote from our main residence out of state. Peggy Glass is beyond amazing. Trust me when I say that. She helped us get a beautiful home in a great neighborhood for our young kids. We found the home on a Sunday. That same day she got us in to see the property and we put an offer. She recommended a great loan officer and we closed within a couple of weeks. Prior to finding our new home she talked me out of buying a bad deal property. It is rare to find honest and caring people these days. Peggy is super honest, caring, kindhearted, talented, hard working and an amazing human being. She also has great negotiating skills and we were able to purchase below asking price. We closed late afternoon this past Tuesday. On Wednesday morning she came to our new house and gave us all sort of Christmas decorations after I had told her I didn't have a lot to decorate with this Christmas. She started decorating and by the time she was finished decorating , our new house looked like a home that you would see in a Hallmark Christmas movies. She also made the most beautiful baskets to surprise our two young girls. Words are not enough to express my gratitute to Peggy Glass.
