This was my first home sale, and Mia was an amazing guide throughout the journey. She was well informed on the housing market and neighborhood. Although the market was tough, she did not relent. She had buyers lined up every week coming, and was communicative throughout. Any time I called or texted I would get an immediate response. I would highly recommend her to any potential buyer or seller because she brings a wealth of knowledge, energy and tenacity needed to guide any buyer and seller through the home buying/selling process.

Karen is a fantastic agent in many regards having worked with her since 2012. Recently she helped me find a place in Boynton Beach in a very tight housing market. Her advise/guidance was indispensable in a strong sellers market and arranged for settlement due to COVID conditions. Karen is well versed in real estate practices, housing finances having worked for a Wall Street firm and extremely knowledgeable in residence inspection determining whether there are significant problems. This last skill is especially important when buying a house remotely. She works early and late for her clients and response time is very quick.
