Kelie was amazing, working from across the state, she was responsive, gave me sound advice for what to do, made multiple trips to help and we ended up selling for 40k over ask on a high asking price after only two days of showing. There were 8 showings and 8 offers. One showing did not create an offer, one offer came in without a showing. Can not stress enough how better this experience has been vs some of my other home sales.
