I recently worked with Megan to purchase a condo in the fast paced Fort Lauderdale/ Wilton manors area. She was there for me every step of the way. My condo had one open house and multiple offers in 24 hours…She offered me sound advice for the negotiating process. And ultimately it was her reputation that the seller favored over other similar offers. Because they knew we would get the deal done. She is a shark…with a soft side. It was an amazing experience and so much easier than I expected it to be. Thank you Megan!

This was the 2nd transaction I’ve had with Craig. He was always available and quickly responsive to all my questions and concerns throughout the entire process. He even B was there to help with things outside the normal scope of an agent. His experience and insight were invaluable to both transactions. I’d highly recommend him and his team.
