My siblings and I inherited a e in Florida. We needed to sell it. Bonnie Metviner is the realtor who was able to get the sale taken care of.. There were several buyers that had tried for the purchase. Do to issues… a roof was needed, time had to be spent for that project completion.. There were issues with the other siblings. Bonnie was able to assist and cover all the problems that came up along the way. Her professionalism was a great addition to the process that was needed to handle he issues. Apparently this is all due to experience and knowledge of the process required to cover it all…. She was able to provide the buyers with the correct lender…. She had contacts with the tow staff for permits etc…. For anyone who is interested in a sale and has read this review.
