Every house she took us to had much of what we were looking for, so she didn't waste our time just going through the listings. She really understood what we were seeking, and while the market was thin, she did a great job of staying on top of things and pounced on a new listing just as soon as it came on. Iliana Rodriguez did a great job selling my house. She was with me every step of the way. She provided marketing reports showing exactly how much the house could sell for and assisted in determining a fair selling price. She was always on my side in negotiating with the buyer and got the price that I wanted. She was also so helpful. During the sale, I needed maintenance on the house and because I live so far away, she went to the house to wait for and let the maintenance person inside. It was a big help.
